CVSA officers will likely run queries in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse on your drivers during International Roadcheck 2024 inspections.  

If any of your drivers are caught with prohibited Clearinghouse statuses, they’ll be placed out of service, your truck and cargo will be left stranded, and you may pay fines of up to $5,833 per violation.
