Foley was launched in 1992 with a handful of employees who provided drug and alcohol testing services to 50 clients who were members of a local association. Year after year, the company has grown its drug and alcohol testing client base while expanding its product and service offerings.Now able to provide a full spectrum of products and services to help deal with the Federal regulations, we have become the single source for DOT compliance for many motor carriers. We are recognized nationwide as being a trusted source of information on DOT compliance issues.

Factoring, Fuel Cards and More

The Federal regulations may be our original reason for being, but Foley does so much more than DOT Compliance. In 2010, Foley joined the BirdDog family and began offering freight factoring services. This valuable source of funding has helped many motor carriers pay the bills quickly and we have recently expanded our financial services to include fuel tax assistance and fuel cards.

Today, Foley employs more than 100 individuals at its Glastonbury, Conn., headquarters, and offers hundreds of products and services that can benefit all companies.
