[WEBINAR] DOT Clearinghouse Compliance Ahead of Roadcheck 2023

[WEBINAR] DOT Clearinghouse Compliance Ahead of Roadcheck 2023

The Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) has added DOT Clearinghouse checks to their long list of driver inspection points for International Roadcheck 2023.

What does this mean for you? Inspectors can see if your drivers are in prohibited status in the DOT Clearinghouse, meaning they’ve committed a drug or alcohol violation that disqualifies them from operating a commercial motor vehicle.

If your prohibited drivers are caught, they’ll be placed out of service, your truck and cargo will be left stranded, and you may pay fines of up to $5,833 per violation.

But this doesn’t have to be your fate. Our new webinar explains how to ensure you’re not placing prohibited drivers behind the wheel during Roadcheck 2023.

What we’ll cover:

  • What Roadcheck inspectors can see when checking drivers’ Clearinghouse records
  • How to prepare for these upcoming Clearinghouse checks
  • What Clearinghouse violations will place drivers in prohibited status
  • How to tell if your drivers are prohibited in the Clearinghouse
  • How to get drivers out of prohibited status
  • The advantages of running ongoing Clearinghouse queries
  • How Foley can help you stay Clearinghouse compliant, even beyond Roadcheck

Who should attend: HR managers, safety managers, fleet owners, and anyone who is responsible for DOT compliance at your company

Host: Alan Cardona, Corporate Compliance Expert
