Additionally, our company has a Drug Free Workplace Policy.
It is critical that we use the services of a Third-party Administrator fully knowledgeable with Substance Abuse Programs, and in particular the Department of Transportation’s regulations. We have been a client of Foley Services since 1998. We selected Foley Services and continue to use them because they continue to service our company in an outstanding manner. Everyone on staff at Foley Services from the Receptionist to top management goes out of their way to assist us in a professional and competent manner.
We use Foley’s Drug and Alcohol Programs (adapted to our company’s specific requirements).
Foley provides all the statistical data necessary to fulfill the Department of Transportation FMCSA and PHMSA semi-annual reporting requirements, and have been available for audit support when required.
Their Technical Service answers 24/7. They been of technical assistance to us at all hours when necessary due to drug/alcohol post-accident testing issues.
We have confidence in their technical expertise with all matters of FMCSA and PHMSA. We have utilized their DOT technical support for questions pertaining to Driver Safety, Driver Files, etc.
We have been approached by many Third Party Administrators over the years and have not had any interest in changing from Foley Services.”
