Joel Sitak
Joel Sitak Chief Executive Officer
As the President and CEO, Joel Sitak is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company. Prior to joining Foley, Joel served as Sales & Marketing Vice President, North America for TAB Products Co. (AMEX: TBP), a $160 million information management company. During his tenure, he held other executive management positions, including President of TAB Canada. He was a leading executive during TAB’s rapid growth and expansion from filing systems products into document management services. Joel is a graduate of McGill University.
Mary Henry
Mary HenryChief Financial Officer
As the CFO, Mary Henry is responsible for the financial operations of Foley. Prior to joining the company, she held the position of CFO at several technology companies including Storwize (acquired into IBM) and Virtual Iron Software (acquired into Oracle). Most recently, she worked for IBM where she focused on acquisitions and partnership activities. Mary has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Richard Pummell
Richard Pummell Vice President, Operations
Richard Pummell joined Foley in December 2012 and heads up our Operations and Human Resources departments. In his role, Richard focuses on ensuring our products and services are delivered with a focus on the customers’ needs. Richard’s prior experience has demonstrated his ability to build strong teams and deliver exceptional results. He is customer focused and believes in creating strong partnerships with our customers to identify and achieve their organizational goals. Richard holds an MBA from the University of Hartford, and has completed additional training in aspects of HR and change management. Additionally, he has led Six Sigma projects focused on improving customer-facing processes.
Michael Every
Michael EveryVice President, Information Technology
Michael Every joined Foley in June 2010 and manages our Information Technology department. Prior to joining Foley, Mike held various information technology positions at Iron Mountain Incorporated, an S&P 500 and the world’s largest record management company. While at Iron Mountain, his team was responsible for the design of the chain of custody program and mobile hardware used by Iron Mountain’s fleet drivers worldwide. Mike is also a co-inventor of a patented search engine algorithm that processes web queries from Iron Mountain’s customers.
Jo Kelliher
Jo KelliherDirector, Operations
Jo Kelliher joined Foley in 2013. As Director of Operations, Jo manages our sizeable Customer Service and Processing teams. Jo ensures that Foley achieves the highest levels of customer satisfaction and maintains the fastest possible turnaround time for our critical services. Prior to working at Foley, she held a number of leadership positions, most recently at Edible Arrangements as Call Center Director. Jo has a degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Technology in Kerry, Ireland.
Alan Stigler
Alan Stigler Director of Engineering
Alan Stigler joined Foley from BirdDog Holdings where he has worked since 2007. Alan’s knowledge, leadership and energy are focused on keeping Foley at the leading edge of industry technology. Alan is responsible for a wide array of software and engineering solutions that allow Foley to provide outstanding customer service. Prior to joining the Foley team, Alan held positions at Mindex Technologies and other companies. He has a B.S. in Computer Science from St. John Fisher College.
Scott Mogensen
Scott MogensenDirector, Compliance Delivery
As the Manager of Compliance Delivery, Scott Mogensen manages Foley’s Drug & Alcohol Testing Program, as well as our MRO group and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) process. Since joining the company in 2005, Scott has led key process initiatives to drive improvements in customer service, paperless processes and online customer tools. As a Certified Substance Abuse Program Administrator (C-SAPA), he holds the most notable drug testing certification in the industry. There are only about 80 other professionals nationwide who hold this designation.
Scott Roden
Scott RodenDirector of Finance
Scott Roden joined Foley from BirdDog Holdings where he worked since 2006. As Director of Finance, Scott manages the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the company. He has a long history of running financial reports and analyzing key metrics – first for BirdDog and then Foley. His expertise and leadership in this area is instrumental to our company’s growth, as well as our ability to plan for our financial goals. He has a BS Degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University.
Steven Roloff
Steven RoloffDirector of Inside Sales
As the Director of Inside Sales, Steven Roloff manages four growing sales teams at Foley. Since joining the company in 2016, Steven has worked to develop a high-level sales strategy for the organization so that he can build and grow the structure of the departments. Steven brings many years of inside and outside sales experience to Foley. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Regional Sales Manager and later the Director of Sales Operations for a large, national inside sales team at RICOH. Steven holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Hartford.
Alex Elias
Alex EliasDirector of Sales and Account Management, Factoring
Alex Elias joined Foley from BirdDog Holdings where he worked since 2008. As the Director of Sales and Account Management for our Factoring Division, Alex is primarily responsible for bringing in new factoring clients, as well as providing a successful onboarding and retention process. Prior to joining Foley, Alex worked as a retail bank branch manager for five years. Alex has an MBA with a dual concentration in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Bellevue University. He is also an active member of the International Factoring Association.
Nicole LaFollette
Nicole LaFolletteDirector of Operations and Underwriting
Nicole LaFollette joined Foley in 2009. As the Director of Operations and Underwriting for our factoring division, Nicole is responsible for leading her team in due diligence, credit analysis, risk management and front end processing for all of our client submissions. Prior to working at Foley, she worked as a Controller for a brokerage and trucking company. Nicole has an MBA from the University of Charleston.
Kym Kurey
Kym KureyDirector of Operations, Background Checks
Kym Kurey joined Foley in March 2016 as the Director of Operations for our Background Check division. In this role, she’s responsible for managing the staff and day-to-day operations of the department to ensure the smooth, compliant delivery of our services, as well as a positive customer experience. Kym has an extensive history in the background check industry, with a focus on compliance. She is an active member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners, a co-author of the Background Screening Guidelines for ASIS, as well as a respected panelist and guest speaker. Kym studied psychology and business at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque and is both FCRA Advanced Certified and NAPBS Provider Certified. She is also a Licensed Private Investigator.
