EAP Clinical Components
Our Employee Assistance Program offers a full range of easily accessible diagnostic and counseling services for employees and their family members. Our experienced

counselors are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week to assist individuals when they need help the most. After an initial telephone assessment, the intake counselor will schedule a face-to-face counseling session for the employee or family member. During this session, the counselor will assess the situation and provide short-term counseling to help resolve any problems. Our Employee Assistance Program also includes follow-up with the employee and treatment providers to ensure that the employee is following through with the prescribed treatment and that the plan is working.
Managers can also refer employees to our Employee Assistance Program as a way to deal with poor performance, attendance or other work-related issue. Supervisors needing this service are encouraged to call for a consultation before making an employee referral.
