We can assist you with everything from screening prospective drivers to setting up and maintaining your driver files. As you know, the documentation you need to keep for each driver can be overwhelming. What's more, most of the documentation must be renewed on an ongoing basis. DRIVER QUALIFICATION FILE AUDIT
This service is designed to bring your driver files into compliance no matter what condition they are in! Whether you employ one driver or 100 drivers, we can pinpoint the areas that need your immediate attention and assist you in completing any missing documentation that is required to be on file. If you are just starting out, new to the position or just need to get your driver files in order, we can help you get into compliance with our audit support service. Price: $40 per driver file.
DRIVER QUALIFICATION FILE MONTHLY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
This service tracks the documentation required to be maintained in each of your driver's qualification files. Through this service you receive monthly reports indicating when a document is due to expire. We notify you of upcoming license renewal, physical examinations/medical certification, training requirements, etc. and even provide you with the necessary forms. This service is designed to help you maintain your driver qualification files once they are set up. If the regulations should change, we will provide you with fully-updated forms. Price: just $70 annually per driver.
NEW DRIVER SCREENING AND SET-UP
If you are hiring a new driver we can provide a complete screening and file set-up to meet the mandatory Driver Qualification File and Safety Performance History File requirements (new drivers are required to have both). We send you the necessary forms for your new driver to complete, we then run the mandatory background checks and provide you with the completed file folders. Service includes:
- Driver Qualification File Folder and Forms: Application for Employment, Medical Examiner's Certificate, Record of Violations, Initial Department of Motor Vehicle Reports, Skill Performance Evaluation Certificate (if applicable), FMCSR Training Acknowledgement, Cargo Education Training Acknowledgement, Other Motor Carrier's Certificate and Verification (for borrowed drivers), Entry-Level Driver Training Certificate, LCV Training Certificate, Certificate of Grandfathering for LCV Drivers, and Certificate of Training on the CDL Regulations.
Price: $95 includes the mandatory DOT background checks.
DOT-COMPLIANT BACKGROUND CHECKS
We can perform the mandatory Safety Performance History background checks for drivers you are considering for employment. This includes a check of the following:
- Prior Employer Verification
- Accident Record Check
- Drug and Alcohol Testing History
- Department of Motor Vehicle Reports
OPTIONAL EMPLOYEE BACKGROUND CHECKS
