Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs
The DOT Basic Program is designed for company sizes of 1-19 drivers (including owner operators). The DOT Basic Program insures compliance through participation in a consortium pool for random drug and alcohol testing selection. Companies pay an annual "per driver" fee which includes program administration and any random drug and alcohol tests. Enrollment includes a drug and alcohol testing program manual, policy and 24-hour availability for post-accident and reasonable-suspicion testing support.
The DOT Comprehensive Program is similar to the Basic Program (listed above) but in addition to random testing also includes post-accident and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
The DOT Compliance Program is designed for larger companies (over 19 drivers). The compliance program places all DOT covered drivers within a company-specific pool for random drug and alcohol testing selection. Enrollment includes a drug and alcohol testing program manual, policy, and 24-hour availability for post-accident and reasonable-suspicion testing support. Companies pay a smaller per driver annual program management fee and all drug and alcohol tests on a "per test" basis.
Drug Free Workplace Programs can be designed to "mirror" the DOT requirements or customized to fit individual company objectives. Drug and/or alcohol random selections and pre-employment testing is determined by company policy. Foley Services, Inc. will administer the type of program you choose. A company program manual and policy is included as well as on-going consultation and support.
