Driver Qualification File Services
In the late 90's, Foley Services expanded its products and services to include compliance with the detailed driver qualification file requirements under 49 CFR Part 391. Employers with individuals who operate commercial motor vehicles must assure that those individuals are properly qualified per the regulations. A variety of driver qualification file audit services are provided to assure that the driver qualification files meet the requirements. Driver qualification files must be maintained on an on-going basis and maintenance services help to assure that all regulation requirements are met due to renewal requirements, driver’s license checks and medical qualifications.
