Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs to Meet DOT Requirements

The core products and services provided by Foley Services are a suite of drug and alcohol testing programs designed to meet the various Department of Transportation (DOT) operating agency requirements. While most drug and alcohol testing clients must meet the requirements of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), other clients must meet the requirements of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA for gas pipeline workers), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the United States Coast Guard (USCG). These regulation-compliant programs cover all of the various detailed and specific requirements of the applicable regulations including policy, 49 CFR Part 40 and Part 382 requirements, over 20 specific forms to support compliance, scientifically valid random selection, specimen collection, MRO review, laboratory testing, training, record keeping, and employee assistance.
