DOT Safety Regulation Update FAST-FAX Foley Services publishes a highly-regarded weekly newsletter, DOT Safety Regulation Update FAST-FAX for DOT-regulated employers with thousands of subscribers. It is an excellent resource for information with a focus on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and with occasional issues on OSHA regulations or other DOT operating agencies. The focus is not merely to provide changing regulation information, it is designed to represent employers with the difficult task of implementating the changing regulations. We analyze and digest the ever-changing regulations and provide cost-effective compliance recommendations for our subscribers. A periodic newsletter has been published since 1994 and it evolved into a weekly newsletter starting in 1997. To date, over 360 issues have been published.
