REASONABLE SUSPICION TRAINING

for SUPERVISORS

REASONS YOU NEED TO CONDUCT REASONABLE SUSPICION TESTING Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors
The importance of Reasonable Suspicion Testing can't be emphasized enough. The supervisor is the first line of defense to protect employees, the employer, and the public at large if an employee is impaired by drugs or alcohol. This training will prepare supervisors--beyond the basics--for that important role.

Because Foley Services' new Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors incorporates input from supervisors with actual day-to-day experience, this training package is designed to teach you what you really need to know. It answers your questions clearly, and the "what-if" scenarios are based on actual situations experienced in the field.

THIS TRAINING INCLUDES:

  • The role of the supervisor
  • The observations a supervisor needs to make
  • The signs and symptoms of probable alcohol misuse
  • The signs and symptoms of probable drug use
  • How to approach an employee you reasonably-suspect of being impaired
  • Many Realworld "What if" Scenarios
  • Refusals to Test
  • When to Test and When NOT to Test
  • How to Conduct Testing

How to Identify an Impaired EmployeeReasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors is a cornerstone in any effective workplace drug and alcohol policy or Drug-Free Workplace Program. Drug and alcohol abuse and recreational use costs American businesses billions of dollars each year in lost productivity, increased insurance premiums, and preventable legal actions. Having your staff appropriately trained to identify and handle potential incidents of employee drug or alcohol abuse will help avoid losses in productivity, costly premiums and can increase workplace safety and help decrease potential legal exposure.

WE LIVE IT EVERY DAY!
The fact that we manage some of the most stringent, federally-regulated drug and alcohol testing programs for over seven thousand different companies in all 48 states provides us with the unique ability to build a training program comprehensive enough to meet any and every requirement, regardless of your particular business. We're not some "jack-of-all-trades" video training company pumping out products. This is what we do, and we're nationally recognized at being one of the best -- so take advantage of our extensive, real world experience.

Our Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors package is specifically designed and developed to meet or exceed the most stringent federal regulations namely those of the DOT and FMCSA 49 CFR Part 382.603 governing employers of safety-sensitive workers. As a result of this "over-engineering," our comprehensive package is uniquely suited to non-regulated employers, educators, and practically every type of work environment as well and has quickly become the gold standard in Reasonable Suspicion Training. Since this package meets or exceeds the toughest federal regulatory standards for Reasonable Suspicion Training, targeting safety-sensitive employees and drivers, it will prove to be an invaluable aid in developing and enforcing your organization's Drug-Free Workplace Program or Workplace Drug and Alcohol Policy and will help meet your needs for a trained supervisor capable of properly identifying an impaired employee.

Foley Services has devoted substantial time, energy and resources into developing what we believe to be the best Reasonable Suspicion training product available. Our brand new Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors includes two videos: one covering Reasonable-Suspicion alcohol testing and the other covering Reasonable-Suspicion drug testing. Also included is a 100-page comprehensive workbook, testing forms and a certificate of completion.
