Drivers must be trained and knowledgeable about the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations before driving and must comply with the regulations at all times while driving or performing safety-sensitive functions.
In addition to the new entry-level driver requirements (effective July 20, 2004), new and experienced drivers must meet existing training requirements. This driver training package helps fulfil these requirements.
