The Simplified Foley Integrated Compliance System is a color-coded system of forms, folders, and instructions to guide employers through key regulations. This system is a condensed version of the comprehensive Foley Integrated Compliance System of mix-and-match modules, which are designed to help motor carriers with more complex operations meet their DOT requirements.
The components of the Simplified Foley Integrated Compliance System are easy to use and seamlessly integrate with the many turn-key compliance services offered from Foley Services, Inc. The module binder stores required company documentation and includes tabs that define the requirements for each key regulation motor carriers must comply with. Individual folders and forms can be used to document and file the necessary information regarding the qualifications and training of commercial motor vehicle drivers.
The Simplified Foley Integrated Compliance System binder includes specialized tabs that define mandatory requirements for the following key compliance areas:
