The CDL regulations defined in the FMCSRs were revised to include new violations that can disqualify a driver. In addition to new commercial motor vehicle violations, there are additional violations that impact a CDL holder even when he or she is operating a private car. As a best practice we recommend that you train your drivers on these revised regulations and keep this completed form in each drivers qualification file.
