OPERATING AUTHORITY COMPONENT
• Expert Consulting – We provide on-going consulting regarding the status of your operating authority and assistance if and when changes need to be submitted.
• DOT Database Check – Semi-annually, we check the DOT database to ensure that information about your company is correct.
• Refiling of MCS-150 – After you review the DOT data, we can re-file form MCS-150 should you inform us that the data contains erroneous information. We can re-file form MCS-150 at any time should you notify us that your operations have changed. Failure to report operational changes that impact your operating authority can result in an carrier’s out-of-service.
• Biannual Filing – As your independent representative, we will consult with you to ensure proper information prior to filing your required MCS-150 for you.
• Confirm and Document – We provide confirmation of compliance with your MCS-150 filing requirement. If re-filing is necessary due to changes, we will work with you on that and provide written confirmation that the changes were accepted by the DOT. • Levels of Insurance– We can assist you by informing you of how much insurance you are required to have to match your operating authority type.
SEMI-ANNUAL SAFETY RATING COMPONENT
• Semi-Annual Monitoring – We provide semi-annual monitoring of Federally maintained safety rating data.
• Safety Rating Analysis – We inform you of your current safety rating and provide guidance for improvement, if necessary.
• Safety Status Measurement Score Analysis – This score is what’s used by enforcement officers in determining who should receive a compliance review. We analyze your score and advise you on how you can improve it to reduce you DOT audit risk.
• Accident and Violation History – You will be provided with a complete company accident and violation history that is on file with the DOT. You could become aware of an accident or violation that a driver did not report to you.
• Audit Risk Determination – A poor safety record is the number one catalyst for a compliance review. If your safety status with the DOT is labeled deficient, you are at a much higher risk for an audit. We inform you of your status and audit risk.
• Detailed Inspection Analysis – We provide detailed reports regarding vehicle and driver inspection that were conducted. The analysis identifies where you stand compared to the national averages for safety by which your safety score is measured. We will also highlight any company non-compliance issues.
• Audit Analysis – We will analyze the findings of audits you have undergone and advise you on your requirements.
