The New Hire Pak includes all the paperwork needed for new drivers. By providing your new drivers with the Pak, you are ensuring that both you and your drivers are compliant with the DOT regulations from day one. The Pak includes the Safety Performance History (SPH) and Driver Qualification Files (DQF), as well as Driver Rights booklet that meets the education requirements of 49 CFR Part 391.
