BOC-3

Motor carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers must have a current BOC-3 on file with FMCSA to secure operating authority and maintain active operating status. Whether you are just starting out in the motor carrier industry or you are expanding into new areas, we’ve got you covered. Foley Services’ BOC-3 Service is a “Blanket Legal Entity” that provides the legal names, addresses and phone numbers of process agents in each state. We also file your BOC-3 form, which lists our registered process agents who will accept legal papers for you outside of your home state.

We’ll process your order and have your BOC-3 filed with the DOT within 48 hours. For even faster service, call a permit specialist at 1-800-253-5506, ext. 708.
