How many employees work at Foley Carrier Services?
Foley Carrier Services currently employees more than 80 trained individuals, including eight Certified Substance abuse Program Administrators (C-SAPAs) and several qualified DOT collectors and alcohol technicians.

Do you have a local office in my state?
We have a national network of more than 6,000 collection facilities to meet your local drug and alcohol testing needs. However, our administrative functions occur at our corporate office in Glastonbury, Conn.

What DOT services do you offer?
We offer a variety of programs and services that were specifically designed to ensure DOT compliance and to make motor carrier operations easier and more profitable. Our DOT compliance offerings include:
- Audit Assurance Program — Our on-going compliance support starts with an Annual Comprehensive Compliance Review that helps you identify and correct any areas of non-compliance. The program also includes Pre-, In- and Post-Audit Support Services.
- DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Programs — Our programs include all the testing types required by the DOT as well as support from our knowledgeable and highly trained staff.
- Driver Qualification File Services — We offer a number of services designed to bring Driver Qualification Files (DQF) into compliance and keep them that way.
- IFTA Preparation Services — We offer two affordable options to help you meet your International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) reporting and payment obligations.
- Log Auditing Service — Send us your drivers' logs, and we'll review each entry to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.We offer two affordable options to help you meet your International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) reporting and payment obligations.
- Permit Shop — Our specialists can assist you with everything from setting up a new operating authority, completing an annual Unified Carrier Registration filing, obtaining a variety of trip permits and much more.

Is your website secure for credit card purchases?
Yes. We use the same industry-standard encryption that U.S. Banks are required to utilize in transacting your private purchase information. Additionally, FoleyServices.com undergoes a daily rigorous inspection by a third-party security firm specializing in identifying any potential security vulnerabilities.

Do you store my credit card number?
No. Our safe shopping system does not store your credit card information. When you purchase at Foley Carrier Services, Inc., we transmit your information securely using SSL 128 Bit strong encryption to AuthorizeNET for a one-time payment processing transaction. Your credit card is not stored on our site, and therefore cannot be obtained in the unlikely event security is breached.

Do you ship items out the same day I place the order?
Typically, if your order is placed before noon EST, we are able to ship your item out the same business day. If you have an urgent requirement please place your order online and then call Foley Carrier Services at 1-800-253-5506 with your order number and information. Paid web orders receive priority fulfillment.

How long does the shipping take?
We ship via FedEX and UPS ground services unless you request expedited shipping or another method. They estimate their delivery time to be 3-5 business days depending upon your location. We also provide Next-Day and 2nd-Day shipping options when you place your order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Do you offer Supervisor Reasonable-Suspicion Training?
Our comprehensive video training package is designed to meet the 49 CFR Part 382.603 requirements for 60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse and an additional 60 minutes of training on controlled substances use. This training package instructs supervisors to recognize the signs and symptoms of probable drug and alcohol use and how to make the necessary testing determinations. We also offer live training at our Glastonbury, Conn., headquarters and are available to host seminars via the web or at your facility. How many collectors can I train with your Collector Training Package?
There is no limit to the number of collectors you can train with our product. Once you have trained your first six collectors and used the enclosed certificates and ID cards, you can order additional packs of certificates and cards in quantities of six for $9 plus shipping and handling. I bought your Collector Training Package to train my collectors on DOT collection procedures. Do I have to send the collector's test to you before he or she is qualified to perform DOT collections?
No. This collector training program is designed to be done completely in-house. The test is just an added tool that can be used to supplement the video and manual.

When will I be billed?
Products purchased online will be billed to the credit card you specified at the time of purchase. Administration fees and charges for products you order with enrollment are billed at the time of enrollment. Renewal fees are billed one month before your renewal date. Additional products, billable drug and alcohol tests, as well as other services are billed on an as-used basis.

May I pay by credit card or can I make a check payment over the phone?
Yes. Foley Carrier Services accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept payments by check over the phone.

What is a client code, and where can I find it?
A client code is a tracking identifier that Foley Carrier Services assigns to its clients. Client codes are usually four letters or a letter and 3 numbers, and they are included in most correspondence sent by Foley Carrier Services. On many documents, you will find the client code near the top of the page.
